Marginalization, deprivation, and discrimination of the plain-land Adivasi peoples, religious minority, and women in the North-West Bangladesh have been evidenced from the studies done on their land-rights as well as overall human rights condition. One of the recommendations from study revealed that-a high-powered Land Commission should be formed to find out the causes of land rights violations of the plain-land Adivasi peoples and address their grievances accordingly.
