About us

Impactful work in Bangladesh
NETZ and its partners in Bangladesh have endeavored for many years to advance poverty reduction and tackle the key challenges that threaten to undermine wellbeing and prosperity, including the climate crisis. NETZ is helping to build a "future-proof" Bangladesh where educational opportunities are open to all, where discrimination in every walk of life is a thing of the past and where civil society plays an active role. I warmly welcome the longstanding collaboration between the EU and NETZ and the impactful work that the organization is doing in Bangladesh. I take this opportunity to wish NETZ and its partners every success in your continuing endeavors.
— Charles Whiteley, Ambassador of the European Union in Bangladesh
