Dangerous situations such as floods, hail and lightning strikes are occurring ever more quickly and unpredictably in northern Bangladesh. During training sessions, volunteers in the project learnt what new dangers there are and how they can act quickly in their villages and districts. In particular, liaising with government contact points is crucial in order to respond in a timely and coordinated manner. And that's not all: prevention was also a major topic.
