As report portrayed-land rights, forcible occupation, discriminatory inheritance system across gender, lack of justice, eviction, cheating etc. are mentioned as discriminations faced by minority groups. Political influence, bribery etc. are named as few of the reasons behind discrimination. Around one-fourth the female respondents said that they underwent different forms of persecution in the locality, mostly by the neighboring people, influential groups, and family members.
