According to the research findings-there are limitations in the acts and system, and lack of necessary support and cooperation from local administration, members of law enforcing agencies, and others that lead to deteriorating human rights situation, i.e., land grabbing, eviction from land/home, torture and harassment, not being able to enjoy equal rights, and continue cultural and religious practices.
