The human rights defenders (HRDs) and local authorities of Shibganj, Bogura are committed to stop violence against women and girls. To aware the citizens, they jointly organised the campaign and held rally, spot meetings, road show, signature campaign, oath taking etc. and also depicted the legal standard and punishment for conducting such crime. The Upazila Nirbahi Officer (Chief administrator of the sub-district), clearly mentioned government's position to stop this Heinous crime.
